エントリー期限：5月31日（日）＊２次募集期限６月14日（日）
Entry deadline: Sunday, May 31st ＊Second round of applications: June 14th (Sunday)

チームエントリーを行って下さい。

参加メンバーを確定し、別紙を入力し、申込先メールにてお申込み下さい。
6月14日（日）以降のメンバー追加は受付致しません。
申込締め切り後の参加費の返金は行いません。
Please enter your team by Sunday, June 14st using the tournament guidelines.
Please confirm the participating members by Sunday, June 14st, fill out the attached form, and apply by email.
No additional members will be accepted after Sunday, June 14st.
Participation fees will not be refunded after the application deadline.
